Organicbodypiercing.com categorizes returns into 2 Types:
1. FAULTY GOODS
2. INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
Organicbodypiercing.com is dedicated in providing the highest level of customer service and online shopping experience.
FAULTY GOODS are goods that are broken and cannot be used. Please note that all of our goods are hand-made and there might be slight variations in size and shape, this does not qualify for the goods being broken or faulty thus doesn’t qualify for a return. Also to be taken into consideration is that we use organic materials like horn, wood, bone, etc. so there might be slight color variations from piece to piece. We will however try our best to have a consistency in each model ordered as well as make sure that pairs match up.
PARTIAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS are accepted when there are broken or missing goods. We don’t accept the whole order being returned and refunded in case of faulty or missing goods the claim can only be made for the items in question.
FAULTY GOODS can be returned under the following conditions:
» Organicbodypiercing.com requires you obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) first. This number can be obtained by first contacting our customer service department (Please note: Organicbodypiercing.com cannot accept goods without a Return Authorization Number)
a. Organicbodypiercing.com is limited to providing credits for returned goods which are less than 3 weeks old from the original invoice date.
Please Note: Organicbodypiercing.com requires the customers to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to our office.
» We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns. We meet these criteria on a case by case basis.
» Customer Responsibility:
1. Proof of Delivery for Goods returned to Organicbodypiercing.com
2. Please ensure that ALL goods returned to Organicbodypiercing.com are correctly wrapped, sealed and secured
INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS cannot be returned so please take care when placing your order as we are not to be held responsible for goods that are ordered by mistake.
ORGANIC BODY PIERCING GUIDELINES FOR RETURN GOODS please adhere to the following:
» Please refer to the Organicbodypiercing.com Returns Policy before filling out Return Authorization (RA)
» Please include a copy of the RA form in the returned goods.
» Tempered Products – will directly result in a refund application being rejected.
MISSING GOODS: All shipment must be signed for when they are being received and it is the customer’s responsibility to check that all goods are received in full when signing for the parcel, any claims for goods being missing wont be considered beyond this point.
