If something is wrong with an order we certainly want to help you to make things right.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, an item you didnít order or if youíre missing an item that you ordered, please contact our customer service.
We will ask you to explain the problem in detail by letting us know the order number and what is missing or broken. In case of returns please indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for wanting to return the item(s) and whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you.
Items have to be returned within 5days, along with the original invoice. We will credit your account or exchange the item with a new one. The goods must be complete and unsoiled returned in the original packaging with labels intact.
