Organicbodypiercing.com ships orders within 3 working days of receiving full payment. We ship all retail orders using EMS and wholesale orders using DHL or UPS unless otherwise specified. Please note that for custom-orders this might take longer time to ship as we will need extra time to produce the goods due to limited quantities in stock.
Delivery Retail
Retail order shipped with EMS takes 2-3weeks to arrive at the destination from the date delivered at the post-office. We are not liable for any delay caused by the postal-service so please make sure to state the correct shipping address including postal-code and phone-number as these are the most common causes of delay. Please note that the goods have to be signed for when being received so we cannot ship goods to PO BOX addresses.
Delivery Wholesale
For wholesale orders shipped using DHL or UPS the delivery is usually 3-5 working days from the date that the goods have been picked up by the courier service. We are not liable for any delay caused by the courier so please make sure to state the correct shipping address including postal-code and phone-number as these are the most common causes of delay. Please note that the goods have to be signed for when being received and it’s the customer’s responsibility to be available at office hours at the address mentioned. We do not deliver to a PO BOX address.
IMPORT REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Organicbodypiercing.com is not liable for any delay caused by restrictions of importing certain materials as horn, bone, shell, etc. We will always declare your goods as assorted imitation jewelry and/or wood-earrings unless otherwise specified by the customer. If the customer wants to include other information in the shipping invoice it has to be mentioned before shipping and the information has to be provided by the customer.
If a letter of origin is required it has to be requested by the customer 2 days prior to shipping to avoid delays, a Letter of Origin will only be included upon request by the customer.
