Whether or not you have an account, you will be able to track the status of your orders. If you have a wholesaler account you will be able to track orders by entering the order ID by accessing your “my account” information and clicking on the order status link. If you do not have a wholesaler account, you will receive emails sent by us when your order changes status so you know once the item has been shipped and when you can expect to receive it. There will also be a tracking number included so you can track your shipment online.
